John F. Barnes Myofascial Release (MFR) is a hands-on manual therapy that releases deeply rooted tension, restores mobility and balance, and relieves pain by applying gentle, sustained pressure into the restrictions in the fascia.

MFR recognizes the interconnection of the fascial network and the body as a whole. In sessions, we assess and treat restrictions where the pain may be present, while also treating other areas of the body that may be contributing to the pain and tension. This holistic approach addresses the root cause of pain and discomfort to promote lasting relief and a greater sense of well-being.
