A few notes for booking an appointment:

* New Clients: Please select the "New Client Myofascial Release", "New Client Integrative Massage", or "New Client Manual Lymphatic Drainage" appointment for your first appointment.

* We require a credit card on file to book all appointments, however your credit card will not be charged until the day of your appointment.

* You will receive a confirmation email once you have booked your appointment that includes important details and a link to an electronic Intake Form to fill out prior to your appointment.

** Elevated Roots Wellness is a women-centered practice. New male clients are welcome by referral from an established client or a trusted professional/partner. Please include your referral’s name in the appointment notes when booking. Thank you!
